What is your cancellation policy?
- The service cancellation made 48hrs before service date is subject to 100% refund.
- The service cancellation made between 24-48hrs before service date is subject to 50% refund.
- The service cancellation made less than 24hrs before service date is non-refundable.
Can I pay by credit card?
- Yes, we use Paypal as credit card payment gateway. You can pay by any credit card you prefer; VISA, Master Card, American Express, Discover. Your booking will be completed safe and secure in just a few minutes.
How do I know my booking is in place and secured?
- Our booking confirmation will be sent to you by an email. Please also check your spam mailbox as well.
Where do I meet the airport representative?
- After payment submission, the booking confirmation and VNT Arrival Instruction in both pdf and VDO format will be sent to you. You will be worry-free on your arrival and we have 24-hr hotline to support you.
What if I cannot find the airport representative at arrival hall?
- During peak time, there might be a hundred signages at arrival hall and you may not be able to find your name. Please do not worry. We have 24-hr hotline which you can contact at VNT 24Hr Hotline +6620962282, Whatsapp +66874258888 Our staff will walk right to where you are waiting.
I arrange a wedding/corporate event. How many guests can you spport?
- The biggest event we ever supported is 500 arriving passengers per day. Moreover, we have wide local transportation networks and partners which we are confident we can support your group either small or big smoothly.
How do I book the transportation?
- If you would like to book an airport transfer or ready-to-buy transfer service, you simply choose the service on 'Book Online' page and complete by any credit card you prefer or using your PayPal account.

Do your vehicles have insurance?
- Yes, our company is legitimate transportation service provider who registered with Department of Land Transport in Thailand. We have the transportation service license and operates the transfer service for more than 20years.
- All our vehicles are having the correct type of insurance for transportation business unlike many online vendors. They operate like owner-is-driver which usually is illegal and has the wrong type of insurance policy. When having a car accident, you will be at your own risk.
Legitimate VS illegal transfer service vendor?
- We are licensed transportation vendor. All our vehicles are equipped with GPS equipment linked directly to Department of Land Transport. The speed is strictly control and for the case of emergency, help or substitute vehicle will be sent to the incident location very quickly. Using our service, you do not have to risk your happy trip with scam vendors.
Do you have an English speaking guide?
- For airport transfer, the trip is short and fixed so the guide is unnecessary? But if you like to have a guide escorting the group at all time, we can provide English speaking escort at additional cost.
- For factory visit, company tour or your own program, we can provide English speaking escort at additional cost.
What is our data privacy policy?
- Our company respects your data privacy at most. We do not store your data and credit card information. The payment process shall be completed without providing any credit card information to us. The payment process will be done through world-class standard payment gateway without storing any data.
